**Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Cotton Seed Supply Department (Hybrid Work Schedule)**

We're now seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our Cotton Planning Team in Lubbock, TX, and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer experiences. **About the Role** As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Cotton Planning Team by ensuring accurate and efficient data management. This full-time, contract position requires a hybrid work schedule, with onsite presence required once a week. You'll work closely with our team to input data into digital spreadsheets and databases, manage master data, and analyze inventory and costing information to drive informed decision-making. **Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include: * **Data Entry and Management**: Input data into digital spreadsheets and/or databases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data management. * **Record Updates and Verification**: Update existing records and verify entered data to maintain data integrity and accuracy. * **Administrative Support**: Assist administration in day-to-day tasks, providing support to ensure seamless operations. * **Inventory Management**: Post inventories into SAP, ensuring accurate and timely updates. * **Bill of Lading Monitoring**: Monitor Bill of Lading to ensure timely receipt of required samples and correct tests. * **Batch Classification**: Classify batches to proper quality status with production managers' guidance. * **Materials Extension Requests**: Manage materials extension requests and resolve BOM, recipe, and costing issues. * **Financial Interface**: Interface with finance and controlling for accurate costing information. * **Data Analysis**: Analyze materials to ensure accurate costing and minimize cost variances. * **Financial Variance Review**: Participate in monthly financial variance review meetings. * **Data Extractions and Reporting**: Perform data extractions/downloads from SAP and create reports using BW and Power BI. * **Chart and Graph Creation**: Build charts/graphs and KPIs for inventory analysis. * **Data Presentation**: Present and interpret data to assist in data-driven decision making. **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. * **Microsoft Excel Experience**: 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel is essential. * **SAP Experience**: Experience with SAP is a plus, but not required. **Nice-to-Haves** * **Microsoft PowerPoint Proficiency**: Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint is a nice-to-have, but not required. **Benefits** As a valued member of the arenaflex team, you'll enjoy: * **Dental Insurance**: Comprehensive dental insurance to protect your smile. * **Health Insurance**: Affordable health insurance to ensure your well-being. * **Paid Time Off**: Generous paid time off to recharge and relax. * **Vision Insurance**: Comprehensive vision insurance to protect your eyesight. **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
