**Responsibilities**
As an Inbound Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and ensuring seamless interactions.
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, and summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review.
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
* Collaborating with our team to achieve sales goals, providing exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth for our clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review.
* Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review and provide feedback to improve our services.
* Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (preferred but not necessary).
