**Responsibilities:**
As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Managing inbound customer communications, including answering incoming emails to address customer questions, requests, and issues
* Consulting on customer success, advising customers on how to successfully leverage our products and services based on their unique needs
* Maintaining working product knowledge, acting as a product expert to ensure information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date, and strategic

**Requirements:**
