As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, develop your skills and expertise, and contribute to the success of our organization. **Job Summary** We are seeking experienced Administrative Data Entry Specialists to support our medical readiness services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for entering data into military systems of record, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional administrative support to our clients. This is a part-time, "as needed" position, with the possibility of progressing to a remote or partially remote role. **Key Responsibilities** * Set up, take down, and maintain workstation equipment for events * Provide check-in and check-out services at events, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients * Offer additional administrative support to the team, as needed, to ensure the smooth operation of our services * Visually scan through paper documentation to identify pertinent information and enter it into our systems of record * Enter and update information into our databases, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail * Scan and copy documents, as required, to maintain accurate records * Maintain accurate data in spreadsheets, using your analytical skills to identify trends and patterns * Work collaboratively with our event team to ensure the success of our services * Safeguard all patient information by maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA and other relevant federal and state laws and regulations * Run reports of necessary data and enter it into our systems of record, using your technical skills to analyze and interpret data * Perform high-level data validation, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data * Ensure that all actions comply with relevant laws, regulations, and policies **Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent preferred * Valid US driver's license * 18 years of age or older * Collaborative and solutions-oriented approach to work * Ability to pass an extensive background check * Excellent customer service skills and experience interacting with challenging clientele * Intermediate technical skills and knowledge of operating office equipment, such as computers, scanners, and printers * Familiarity with medical and/or dental terminology * 1+ years' experience with data entry in a medical/dental setting * Computer proficiency, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly * Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed * Must submit no less than two professional references with a resume * Technical skills include familiarity with military databases: MEDCHART, Medical Protection System (MEDPROS), MEDPROS Web Data Entry (MWDE), Defense Occupational and Environmental Health Readiness System (DOEHRS), and Medical Operational Data System (MODS) preferred * Working knowledge of military regulations and policies that apply to Individual Medical Readiness (IMR) and deployment preferred * Previous approval for a Common Access Card (CAC); either in the military or as a contractor preferred **Physical Demands and Work Environment** * Occasionally required to stand and walk * Continually required to sit * Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity * Continually required to talk and hear **Benefits and Perks** * Competitive hourly pay rate: $18.01 to $29.89 based on experience * Opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and develop your skills and expertise * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Flexible scheduling, with the possibility of progressing to a remote or partially remote role * Comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in the role * Opportunities for career growth and advancement within arenaflex **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional administrative support, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
