Your primary responsibilities will include: * Educating clients about investment strategies, trading tools, market mechanics, and retirement choices * Engaging with clients to understand their needs and concerns, and providing personalized solutions to address them * Advocating for clients when answering inbound calls, taking ownership of complex issues, and working to resolve them in a timely and effective manner * Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional client outcomes * Participating in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices **What You'll Get** As a Finance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package that includes: * Starting compensation of $50,170.00 during training (increases depending on related experience) * Annual bonus opportunity of 10% of your base pay and other eligible earnings * Potential to increase total compensation to $57,313 ($52,104.04 base, plus 10% bonus opportunity depending on individual/corporate performance) within the first year upon obtaining required licensing and achieving performance-based pay increases **What We're Looking For** We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual who is eager to learn and grow with our team.
