**Job Summary**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers through phone, email, and chat (with potential expansion to include chat and email customer support). Your primary function will be to obtain the release of vehicles located at body shops and/or other locations, including residences. You'll also provide office support functions as needed, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive and memorable experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers of arenaflex, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience
* Obtain the release of vehicles located at body shops and/or other locations, including residences
* Offer solutions that aid and facilitate a unique customer service experience, leveraging a thorough understanding of arenaflex practices and processes
* Answer and place calls in a professional manner, measured on call quality (Knowledge, level of professionalism, time to place follow-up calls)
* Focus on call resolution, using company resources to gather information and offer solutions to meet customer needs
* Perform other duties as assigned, including office support functions as needed
**Essential Qualifications**
* One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred
* High School diploma
* Excellent customer service skills and attitude
* Excellent written and verbal skills
* Proficient with office equipment
* Attention to detail
* Problem-solving
* Computer proficiency - MS Suite
* Typing speed 45WPM
* Professional appearance
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bilingual skills a plus
* Experience with customer service software and systems
