With a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, we're constantly striving to improve and expand our services to meet the evolving needs of our clients. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Retail Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing expert advice on print, signs & graphics, and shipping solutions, and ensuring that all customer needs are met with a smile. You'll work closely with our team to provide top-notch service, resolve customer issues, and contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex. **Key Responsibilities** * Deliver exceptional customer experiences, providing expert advice on print, signs & graphics, and shipping solutions * Anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and find solutions to meet customer needs * Provide accurate pricing information, take complex customer orders, and assemble parcels for shipping * Set up and operate printing, binding, and other related equipment using customer-supplied original media and documents * Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly retail store environment * Process financial transactions using a Point of Sale terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change * Clean, repair, and stock all retail store printing and shipping equipment and supplies to provide optimal performance and availability * Stay current on retail store merchandising materials and ensure proper display of all retail area product and signage * Take preemptive action to prevent errors and waste * Complete required financial paperwork and may assist with financial reporting, including daily sales, close-outs, and bank deposits * Follow arenaflex standard operating procedures, as well as adhere to legal, HR, safety, customer service, and security policies and procedures **Essential Qualifications and Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent education * 6+ months of specialized experience in retail customer service or a related field * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods * Ability to move and lift 55 pounds * Ability to bend/twist at the waist and knees on a consistent basis * Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members * Ability to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction * Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure * Ability to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time * Ability to work with minimal supervision * Ability to report regularly to work and maintain established business hours in order to support the arenaflex business **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a retail environment, preferably in print, signs & graphics, and shipping * Knowledge of print, signs & graphics, and shipping solutions * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Work Environment and Company Culture** arenaflex is committed to providing a safe and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
