**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Associate at Amazon Locker+ retail locations, you will be responsible for:
* Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
* Assisting customers with questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols
* Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site
* Using technology such as smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders
* Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring that all packages are accurately processed and stored
**Requirements and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* To be at least 18 years old and have the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines in English
* To be physically able to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
* To be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week
* To have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
* To be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* To be able to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a flexible and positive attitude
