**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a remote basis. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for researching and responding to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that all data is accurately entered and processed, and that our clients receive exceptional service and support.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Research and respond to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner
* Accurately and efficiently process written inquiries, researching complex information as needed
* Provide clear and concise verbal and written communication to clients and team members
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
* Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and support
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment
* Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
* Data entry and/or typing experience
* Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
* Experience with Microsoft suite
* Detail-oriented
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree
* 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing
* 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
* Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
