**Your Role**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* **Handling incoming calls promptly and professionally**: Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently

**Job Requirements**
To be eligible for this role, you must:

* **Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent**
* **Have a minimum of 1 year at a single job, preferably in customer service**
* **Demonstrate reliable attendance, with no absences in the first 90 days**
* **Possess a typing speed of at least 25 WPM**
* **Have a hardwired internet connection with minimum speeds of 5 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download**
* **Maintain a secure, private work area at home**
* **Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends**
