As a Customer Service Specialist – Government and Corporate Affairs Liaison, you'll be an integral part of our Corporate Affairs Team within the Government Affairs Division. Your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell air travel on arenaflex, while also providing exceptional customer service to our government and corporate clients.Key Responsibilities:
- Promotes and sells air travel on arenaflex
- Prepares itineraries, computes fares, issues refunds, and prepares and issues tickets
- Answers inquiries regarding general travel information and resolves customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner
- Communicates with customers over the phone when researching passenger complaints, advising of cancelled or delayed flights
- Communicates new rules, policies, and procedures that would affect the customer

To excel in this role, you'll need to possess a combination of skills, qualifications, and personal qualities. Here are the minimum requirements:Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training
Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
- Knowledge of Native SABRE or similar travel software
Skills, Licenses & Certifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need to demonstrate:- Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills
- Ability to be resourceful and creative at immediate problem resolution
- High level of initiative, exercise good judgment, and be dependable
- Satisfactory attendance required
