**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Front End Pharmacy Technician at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our medication dispensing process. You will work closely with our pharmacists and other team members to provide exceptional customer service, triage customer service requests, and perform order entry tasks. **Day in the Life**
As a Front End Pharmacy Technician at arenaflex, your day will be filled with a variety of tasks and responsibilities, including:
* Performing order entry tasks and collaborating with other team members in the medication dispensing process
* Triaging customer service requests by department, urgency, and information/response required
* Calculating and/or verifying correct dosage based on prescriptions
* Assisting in reviewing narcotic Rx's in a timely manner
* Providing dispensing pharmacist with information regarding allergies and drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other items that the computer flags
* Creating and maintaining accurate customer records

**Required Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
* One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or working in a call center
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
* Prior experience in the long-term care industry
* PTCB National Certification
* Education: Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $28.46. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
