You will work closely with our pharmacists and other team members to provide exceptional customer service, triage customer service requests, and perform order entry tasks. If you are a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering high-quality care, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity. **Day in the Life** As a Front End Pharmacy Technician at arenaflex, your day will be filled with a variety of tasks and responsibilities, including: * Performing order entry tasks and collaborating with other team members in the medication dispensing process * Triaging customer service requests by department, urgency, and information/response required * Calculating and/or verifying correct dosage based on prescriptions * Assisting in reviewing narcotic Rx's in a timely manner * Providing dispensing pharmacist with information regarding allergies and drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other items that the computer flags * Creating and maintaining accurate customer records **The Team and Rewarding Benefits** arenaflex provides care to those in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communications, and chronic care settings. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
