As a Business Analyst, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop data-driven solutions. Your expertise in data analysis, business intelligence, and project management will enable you to drive business growth, optimize processes, and improve overall performance. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct pre-and post-examination of client programs, business initiatives, new product launches, operational changes, and marketing campaigns to inform business decisions * Investigate the execution of various pilot projects while following a testing methodology (e.g., A/B Testing) * Maintain and update required tools based on business needs, such as BPM or Course Planning models * Identify errors, irregularities, and gaps in reporting and processes, and provide recommendations for improvement * Proactively search for patterns and trends in the data to identify areas for improvement or opportunities for growth * Support the development and improvement of arenaflex tools to enhance financial targets based on top-line to bottom-line switches with continued development of value chain capabilities * Model business scenarios based on analyzed data and business needs/requirements * Provide ad-hoc analyses and reporting as needed, and develop executive-level presentations and plans * Perform other related and assigned duties **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field * Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, or Operations with a focus on analysis, modeling, or estimation * Experience in Management Consulting or Engineering is highly desirable * Strong Excel skills – pivot tables, VLookups, and data modeling * Strong data analysis skills, including data visualization through Tableau or Microsoft Power BI * Proficiency in other MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Access, Word, Visio) * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Understanding of Financial and Operating Statements * Ability to balance long-term and short-term needs, managing multiple complex projects * Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Solid change management skills * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Willingness to exhibit entrepreneurial thinking to drive growth in overall system benefits * Commitment to continuous improvement **Preferred Qualifications** * Advanced Excel skills, including Visual Basic, simulations, solver, and SQL * Measurable analysis using R or similar tool * Knowledge of Edge Mind (Notable Intelligent Digger) or other data mining/sales reporting tools * Familiarity with SharePoint * Functional understanding of selling, delivery, warehouse, production processes * Project management or support experience **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $26/hour * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team * Collaborative and inclusive work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off and holidays * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for data analysis and business intelligence, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
