As a key member of our Clinical Research and Evidence Generation team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing advanced data analytics and machine learning solutions to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes. You'll work closely with our cross-functional team to develop and implement data-driven solutions that meet the needs of our stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and implement advanced data analytics and machine learning solutions to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes * Develop and maintain large-scale data pipelines and data warehouses to support data-driven decision making * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that meet the needs of our stakeholders * Conduct advanced data analysis and machine learning to uncover new insights and drive business growth * Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision making * Work with our data engineering team to design and implement data pipelines and data warehouses * Collaborate with our clinical research team to develop and implement evidence generation initiatives * Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning to ensure that our solutions are cutting-edge and effective **Essential Capabilities** * 2+ years of experience with R, Python, or SQL * Experience in designing and implementing powerful and reproducible statistical analyses with regards to epidemiology and observational research with healthcare data * Knowledge of standard statistical testing strategies including generalized linear models, regression and classification, decision trees, supervised learning, time series analysis, and survival analysis * Experience handling large datasets from various data sources * Experience handling protected patient health data * Knowledge of at least one of the following: Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Spotfire, or other BI visualization tools **Preferred Capabilities** * Mastery in EMR/Health IT, disease libraries, and claims data sets * Aptitude in clinical data principles, clinical terminology, and controlled vocabularies used in healthcare data and ontologies (ICD9/10/ReadCode) * Experience in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory compliance rules for real-world evidence studies or clinical trials (e.g., ISO, MDD/MDR, CFR) * Experience working with alternative data sources and alternative methods for clinical data collection, particularly those enabled by technology platforms and solutions * Experience with trial design, Bayesian modeling, sequential data, computational statistics * Understanding of machine learning and AI strategies, ability to continue self-learning of technical and non-technical skills **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a leading healthcare company and contribute to the development of cutting-edge research and evidence generation initiatives * Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a team of experts in data science and machine learning * Opportunities for professional growth and development, including training and education programs * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced data scientist looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
