**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Care Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for providing sales and customer experience support to our customers through live chat on JTV.com and JTV Go. You'll focus on moving visitors past the point of browsing to engaging in sales dialogue, establishing and nurturing prospective customer relationships, and achieving sales goals. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide sales and customer experience support to customers through live chat on JTV.com and JTV Go
* Focus on moving visitors past the point of browsing to engaging in sales dialogue
* Establish and nurture prospective customer relationships to achieve sales goals
* Organize, plan, and execute tele-sales activities
* Provide both sales and customer experience support via live chat
* Collaborate with CC leadership to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
* Analyze customer interactions to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and expert advice to customers
**Requirements**
* Sales experience, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment
* General computer knowledge and solid keyboarding skills
* Ability to communicate quickly and effectively via an online format
* High level of familiarity with JTV.com and JTV Go
* Ability to speak articulately and credibly with CC leadership
* Strong analytical and judgment skills
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
* Excellent written communication skills
**Desired Skills**
* Previous tele-sales experience
* Knowledge of jewelry and gemstones
* Previous live chat experience
* Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools
* Experience with CRM software and customer relationship management
