Your key responsibilities will include: * Receiving daily translation/localization requests from internal teams and stakeholders, and prioritizing projects based on business needs and deadlines. * Creating and managing translation projects in the arenaflex Translation Management System (ATMS) by outsourcing to vendors, and coordinating project delivery timelines based on project volumes and translation/review process needs. * Troubleshooting issues or questions regarding target audience, file type, and business requirements, and responding to linguistic queries from translation vendors. * Requesting feedback from internal stakeholders and coordinating with vendors for implementation, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. * Using project management methodology, including risk management, to plan, scope, and deliver projects that meet the requirements of the business. **Ideal Candidate Profile** We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Translation Program Specialist who can work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.
