Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Remote) - Must have Own Equipment !! We are seeking Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to support reputed company enrollment services in a high-volume reputed company center environment. This is a fully remote opportunity with long-term potential. Languages Needed (Fluent in reputed company): Spanish, Russian, reputed company, Cantonese, Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, Creole, Korean Pay: • $17/hr – Spanish • $18/hr – reputed company other listed languages Schedule: • Schedule -Mon–Fri - 8 hour shift in between 8:00 AM–8:00 PM EST • Saturday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM EST (as needed) • Must be flexible to assigned shift • Full attendance required • Training: First 4 weeks -Mon–Fri | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM EST • Nesting: Following 4 weeks • Attendance: Perfect attendance required during training and nesting periods Equipment Requirements: • Computer: Desktop or laptop with reputed company reputed company i5 processor or higher, 8GB RAM, and at least 256GB hard drive. • No Celeron or Pentium processors. • MacBooks, Chromebooks, iPads, and tablets are not compatible. • Operating System: reputed company 10 or 11 • Internet: Wired reputed company with minimum 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds. • Headset: Wired headset with microphone, USB reputed company preferred. • Camera: Required for training sessions.
