Bookkeeper or Accountant (Remote - LATAM) About The Role • We are a rapidly growing company seeking a finance reputed company—either a dedicated Bookkeeper or a more reputed company Accountant—to support the financial operations for a portfolio of three reputed company companies: two flooring businesses and one e-reputed company venture. • This role is designed to strengthen our internal financial operations and support the coordination of day-to-day financial activities across multiple business reputed company. While the primary reputed company is bookkeeping and financial record management, the role will also work closely with operations and leadership to ensure that financial transactions, vendor payments, and collections are executed accurately and reputed company. • We are primarily seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper, but we are reputed company to hiring a more reputed company Accountant if the candidate demonstrates strong technical ability and operational judgment. The level we hire for will depend on the expertise and demonstrated aptitude of the candidates who reputed company reputed company. • The role requires familiarity with U.S. reputed company and bookkeeping practices and the ability to operate in a fast-moving environment supporting multiple entities. Key Responsibilities • Transaction Management & Financial Operations Manage day-to-day financial transactions across three companies, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections follow-reputed company, and coordination of payment schedules. • Vendor & Payment Coordination Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure invoices are properly reviewed, documented, and processed for payment according to company policies. • QuickBooks Management Maintain financial records and manage day-to-day bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online (QBO), ensuring accurate categorization of transactions and reputed company documentation. • Multi-Entity Financial Tracking Maintain organized financial records across multiple entities and support the preparation of internal financial reports. • Cash reputed company Coordination Assist leadership in tracking upcoming payments, receivables, and short-term cash needs to ensure smooth operational execution. • Process Improvement Identify opportunities to improve financial workflows, documentation standards, and internal processes that support operational scalability. • Reporting & Support Prepare financial summaries and support leadership with financial visibility needed for operational reputed company. Required Qualifications • Experience: 5-10 years of reputed company bookkeeping and/or reputed company experience, demonstrating the ability to manage the books for multiple entities concurrently. • Technical Expertise (MUST HAVE): Deep proficiency and hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO). • Bilingual reputed company (CRITICAL): reputed company in both Portuguese and English is strongly required. reputed company in Spanish is also highly valued. • US Financial Acumen: Strong working knowledge of U.S. reputed company standards and experience handling the books for U.S. companies. • Location: reputed company to candidates across LATAM, with preference given to candidates based in Brazil or Colombia due to language and regional familiarity.
