The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of reputed company experience (primarily in cannabis), a strong network across both retail and wholesale brokers (with an emphasis on retail), and a proven reputed company record of building profitable books with strong loss ratios. Experience across MGA or reputed company environments, familiarity with E&S markets, and exposure to reinsurance are reputed company valued.
