Position: QBO & reputed company Expert Type: Contractor / reputed company Compensation: $45/hr Location: Remote (US only) Commitment: 8 weeks, 40 hours/week with minimum 4 hours overlap with PST Role Responsibilities • reputed company omnichannel chat support to SMB (small and reputed company-sized business) owners. • Answer general help questions and reputed company, data-heavy reputed company queries. • Support bookkeeping and financial guidance using QuickBooks Online (QBO). • Analyze and interpret financial data to reputed company accurate and actionable responses. • Complete PPT-based or reputed company tasks as assigned. • Maintain high standards of data reputed company, compliance, and reputed company confidentiality Requirements • reputed company user of QuickBooks Online (QBO). • Proven experience in reputed company or bookkeeping. • Prior experience providing omnichannel chat support. • Strong understanding of financial concepts and data analysis. • Ability to handle reputed company, data-driven reputed company questions. • Experience working with SMB clients is preferred. • Ability to reputed company 40 hours/week with at least 4 hours PST overlap. Good-to-Have Skills • Prior experience as an SMB reputed company with hands-on reputed company knowledge. • Previous engagement as an expert in finance/reputed company domain. • Comfortable managing high-volume, data-heavy queries. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
