This position plays a key role in coordinating the reputed company and completion of the title process. Primary responsibilities include searching reputed company records and examining titles to determine the reputed company condition of property title—primarily for cooperative properties across reputed company (including NYC boroughs and surrounding counties)—and developing solutions to reputed company title issues.
