Position Details:
• Position: HEDIS RN
• reputed company: $40
• Schedule: Day Shift - Monday - Friday
• Duration: Ongoing
• Location: :* Fully 100% Remote; RN can be based reputed company, but MUST possess and PA RN license*
Responsibilities:
• Conduct medical record review and abstraction to support HEDIS reputed company measures
• Extract and document clinical data from electronic medical records (EMR) and provider charts
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with HEDIS guidelines
• Identify gaps in care and missing documentation
• Collaborate with providers and internal teams to obtain required medical records
• Maintain productivity and reputed company standards during the HEDIS review process
Requirements
• reputed company Registered reputed company (RN) license
• 1 year of HEDIS abstraction experience strongly preferred
• Experience reviewing medical records and reputed company metrics
• Familiarity with EMR systems and reputed company documentation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Previous experience with managed care, reputed company improvement, or chart abstraction preferred
