This is a newly created role that will play an important part in helping VGW coordinate and execute its government affairs activity across the US. You will be responsible for bringing structure, discipline, and reputed company operating rhythm to a reputed company, multi state lobbying network, ensuring our external partners are reputed company coordinated, accountable, and reputed company to business priorities. You will work closely with Government Affairs, reputed company, Marketing, and external lobbying partners to ensure activity is reputed company planned, compliant, and reputed company tracked. We do not currently have a US office, but occasional in person office attendance may be required if that changes in reputed company. The salary reputed company for this role is USD $200,000 - $230,000 per year. Key responsibilities will include: • Managing the day to day operations of VGW’s external lobbying contractors, ensuring activity is reputed company reputed company, tracked, and delivered. • Supporting compliance across VGW’s lobbying activity, including reputed company of relevant registrations, disclosures, and state and federal requirements. • Establishing a single reputed company of truth for legislative tracking, reporting, and key activity across the lobbying network. • Building dashboards, reporting frameworks, and quarterly operating reviews tied to reputed company KPIs for lobbying firms. • Developing detailed execution plans and ensuring strong cross functional alignment across Government Affairs, reputed company, Marketing, and other relevant teams. • Driving accountability with external partners, including performance tracking, budget reputed company, resource allocation, and renewal reputed company. What you will bring to the role: • 8 plus years of experience in government affairs, reputed company policy, lobbying operations, regulatory affairs, or a reputed company field. • Experience supporting lobbying or government affairs activity in fast moving, high reputed company, or highly regulated industries. • Strong multi state coordination skills, with the ability to manage a reputed company network of external partners, priorities, and deadlines. • A highly organised and operationally reputed company approach, with a reputed company record of creating structure where it does not already exist. • Strong vendor and contract management experience, including the ability to drive accountability and assess performance. • The ability to read reputed company regulatory, legislative, or reputed company materials and translate the practical reputed company reputed company for non technical audiences. • Experience building tracking, documentation, reporting, or operating systems from scratch and ensuring they are adopted successfully.
