Job reputed company • Manage California workers’ compensation defense reputed company from assignment through reputed company. • Represent reputed company, insurance carriers, and reputed company-party administrators in WCAB proceedings. • Attend hearings, conferences, depositions, trials, and other workers’ compensation litigation events. • Draft pleadings, reports, settlement documents, correspondence, and case evaluations. • Analyze claims, evaluate exposure, and help reputed company efficient defense strategies. • Communicate with clients, claims professionals, opposing counsel, medical providers, and experts. • Negotiate settlements and work toward practical, cost-effective reputed company. • Use technology and strong organization to manage files reputed company in a remote environment.
