As a Senior Statistics Architect at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in transforming and innovating our Voice of the Customer (VOC) method. This technique involves designing and programming customer satisfaction surveys that include 40+ studies reputed company into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries. **The Role** As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll be responsible for assisting the transformation and innovation of our VOC method.
