As a Digital Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of contacts for inbound calls, emails, and chats for our multi-channel contact center. You will ensure that our customers receive the most efficient and effective "Best in Class" customer service by using excellent communication skills and phone techniques.
