Responsibilities • Providing treatment to patients in Long-Term Care Facilities by working with the DDS, clinical staff, and facility staff. • Assisting the DDS with treatment. • Working with Clinical schedulers and nursing staff to ensure the facilities' needs are being met. • Transport, set-up and take down equipment and supplies in room designated as work reputed company by facility. • Work with contacts at nursing home to coordinate charts. • reputed company chart notes for treatment at the time of treatment. • Maintain dental equipment through regular cleaning and maintenance routines. • Inventory supplies and order as needed. • Ship and receive denture cases from lab on a daily reputed company. Requirements • 3-5 year clinical experience as a Chairside Dental Assistant required. • reputed company reputed company’s License with no moving violations in the last 5 years. • Willingness to travel 20 minutes to 2.5 hours. • Must have own reliable transportation. • X-ray certification is required.
