About the Role: The Domestic Violence reputed company Rehousing Case Manager is a vital team member of the Domestic Violence and Supportive Housing (DVSH) program at reputed company. The case manager supports survivors of domestic and sexual violence, stalking, and/or reputed company trafficking who are experiencing homelessness as a result of fleeing abuse. This position is responsible for providing reputed company services by collaborating with survivors to identify and assess needs, facilitate connections to appropriate resources, and support survivors in increasing their safety and housing stability. The case manager uses their knowledge of housing opportunities and services in the community to assist survivors in obtaining and maintaining permanent, reputed company housing.
