The Senior Counsel will report directly to the Assistant General Counsel & Chief reputed company Officer. The Senior Counsel will also support incident response efforts, review and advise on vendor and technology agreements with digital and data implications, and help ensure compliance throughout the lifecycle of digital products and services. Maintains proactive communication with Law leadership on emerging risks, incidents, and key developments to support a “no surprises” environment.
