Here are just a few reasons why you'll love working with us: * **Benefits from Day One**: Enjoy comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) matching program. * **Training and Development**: Take advantage of our comprehensive training programs, designed to help you develop new skills and advance your career. * **Growth Opportunities**: arenaflex offers a clear path for career advancement, with opportunities to take on new challenges and responsibilities. * **Global Reach**: As a member of the arenaflex team, you'll be part of a global organization with a rich history and a commitment to excellence. **Responsibilities:** As an HVAC Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for: * **Building Sales**: Help our branch build sales by maintaining house accounts, communicating with dealers, and promoting new products and services. * **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service via walk-ins, phone calls, and emails, ensuring that customers receive accurate information and timely solutions. * **Sales Execution**: Execute all aspects of the sales function, including order processing, purchase orders, payment processing, quotes, and delivery dates. * **Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date on our products and services, recommending alternate solutions based on cost, availability, or specifications as needed. * **Shipment Coordination**: Coordinate with manufacturing, sales, distribution, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and expedite shipments as needed. * **New Sales**: Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a timely manner. * **Customer Education**: Educate customers about product terminology, features, and benefits to improve sales and customer satisfaction. * **Warranty and Returns**: Assist customers with warranties and returns, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. * **Problem Resolution**: Collaborate with the Branch Manager to resolve customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to arenaflex policies. * **Cash Handling**: Process cash drawer, end-of-shift count, and prepare deposit slips as required. * **Customer Satisfaction**: Periodically reach out to customers to determine satisfaction with arenaflex products and services. * **Competitive Analysis**: Monitor competitive activity and trends within your territory. * **Sales Reporting**: Maintain records and prepare reports on sales activities. * **Industry Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date on the latest HVAC trends and products, expanding your knowledge and expertise. * **Team Collaboration**: Work positively with all levels of management and peers to ensure effective teamwork and deliver exceptional customer service. * **Warehouse Support**: Assist in the warehouse as needed, including inventory counts and movement of product, and operate a forklift safely and efficiently. * **Additional Tasks**: Perform additional tasks as assigned by management. **Knowledge and Skills:** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * **HVAC Knowledge**: A strong understanding of HVAC equipment and products, with a preference for industry experience. * **Microsoft Office**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word, as well as working knowledge of database applications. * **Customer Service**: Excellent customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to handle difficult customers and diffuse negative situations. * **Communication**: Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly and accurately. * **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task. * **Attention to Detail**: A high level of attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to follow procedures and work instructions. * **Integrity**: A strong work ethic and integrity, with the ability to use good judgment and make sound decisions. **Experience and Education:** * **Sales and Customer Service Experience**: 6+ years of progressive sales and customer service experience, with a minimum of 5+ years in the HVAC industry. * **Education**: A high school diploma or GED equivalent, with some college preferred.
