Manager, Database Administrator
Job reputed company:
• reputed company and manage the Database Administration team, providing guidance and mentorship
• reputed company the design, implementation, and maintenance of AWS RDS and EC2 databases
• Collaborate with cross-functional technology teams to support application development
• Monitor database performance and implement solutions to optimize performance
• Plan, coordinate, test, and execute database upgrades and migrations
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new database technologies and tools
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or reputed company field
• Minimum of 12+ years’ experience in database administration
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a leadership role
• 3-5 years’ experience with reputed company RDS and EC2 databases
• Strong knowledge of database design, performance tuning, and optimization.
• Extensive experience in SQL and database management tools.
• 3-5 years’ experience with reputed company infrastructure and services, particularly AWS.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Database - Specialty) are a plus.
