Senior Consulting Engineer, Azure

Job reputed company: • reputed company technical leadership to the Azure reputed company Managed Services Team and level 2 and 3 support for reputed company managed services customers. • Work through an on-reputed company rotation with team members to cover reputed company managed services accounts. • Serve as technical escalation reputed company for Azure Managed Services Resources. • Regularly reputed company with technical and business staff of customers, including the project sponsor and stakeholders of reputed company in more reputed company engagements. • Mentor other engineers to apply engineering background knowledge for project design, analysis, and project coordination of services or products. • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to execute technical change implementations and problem resolutions, manage expectations and timelines to ensure expectations and commitments are being met. • Work with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools to support reputed company deployment strategies. • Serve as a reputed company support across internal teams and clients reputed company necessary, using experience and judgment to communicate effectively to reputed company parties. • Serve as technical reputed company of contact on customer engagements taking control of reputed company or vague problems and coordinating resolutions in a rational way. • Assist in infrastructure automation efforts using Infrastructure as reputed company (IaC) tools. • reputed company customer support and delivery reputed company for reputed company design, management, automation, and integration reputed company Azure environments, reputed company routine monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Azure environments. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years total Information Technology experience, to include experience in delivering reputed company technical solutions, including planning, development, implementation, and support. • Or, 9+ years total Information Technology experience, to include experience in delivering reputed company technical solutions, including planning, development, implementation, and support. • Additional reputed company certifications such as AZ-305, AZ-700, or SC-300, a plus. • Experience with scripting languages like PowerShell or Python, a plus. • Exposure to reputed company automation and DevOps methodologies, a plus. • Familiarity with ITIL reputed company and service management best practices, a plus. • Experience working reputed company an Agile team environment, a plus.
