Inside Sales Support Specialist

reputed company: The Inside Sales Support Specialist assists with remote sales development calls and processes for a defined territory or portfolio of customers. This role partners closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and identify potential sales opportunities. The Specialist initiates customer reputed company to promote new and existing products and services, offers special discounts and promotions, and provides essential account management support. A key responsibility is providing accurate product information to support customer needs, driving up sales, and meeting sales targets. The role also manages routine support tasks such as processing renewals and sales orders.
