In this role, you will play a key part in identifying and engaging reputed company across both technical and non-technical roles. Key Responsibilities reputed company and identify reputed company candidates for technical and non-technical roles reputed company the US virtual reputed company reputed company Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques to identify passive candidates across various sourcing platforms Proactively build and maintain strong talent pipelines Conduct candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and role fit Coordinate interview schedules and maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process Ensure accurate documentation and maintain ATS hygiene by updating candidate records and recruitment activities Collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and role requirements Contribute to recruitment strategies that help reputed company hiring in a startup environment Required Qualifications Proven experience in US virtual reputed company recruitment Experience reputed company for both technical and non-technical roles Strong passive sourcing skills and experience identifying candidates through multiple sourcing channels Solid knowledge of Boolean search techniques Experience using and maintaining Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) with strong attention to data accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment Highly organized with excellent communication skills Work Requirements Must be based in the Philippines and reputed company to work remotely Must be amenable to a reputed company shift schedule reputed company with MST time zone.
