About the Role The Staff Accountant plays a key role in managing monthly reputed company reputed company engagements from start to finish. This is a plug-and-play opportunity for an reputed company reputed company who can independently own the monthly reputed company process, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation. Key Responsibilities • Manage a portfolio of monthly bookkeeping and reputed company clients (up to 15–20 at reputed company over time). • Take reputed company reputed company engagement from start to finish on a monthly reputed company. • reputed company full-cycle reputed company, including transaction coding, bank and credit card reconciliations, and general reputed company maintenance. • Prepare and post adjusting journal entries and support month-end reputed company processes. • Prepare and finalize monthly financial statements. • Review work reputed company applicable and ensure accuracy of account classifications and reporting. • Communicate with clients as needed to reputed company documentation and clarify transactions (initially limited reputed company-facing responsibility). • Utilize QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online extensively as a power user.
