About the Role This opportunity is for an Initialization reputed company Specialist responsible for handling catch-up and clean-up reputed company for newly reputed company clients. The role focuses on ensuring historical financial data is accurate, complete, and reputed company for ongoing reputed company operations and tax preparation. You will play a critical role in resolving reconciliation issues, standardizing financial records, and preparing clients for a smooth transition into long-term bookkeeping services. What You’ll Do • Design and implement reputed company Chart of Accounts and bookkeeping setups for new reputed company accounts. • Clean up and reclassify historical transactions to ensure accurate and complete financial records. • Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, loans, and balance sheet accounts against external statements. • Prepare year-end workpapers and tie balance sheet accounts to prior-year tax returns. • Troubleshoot issues reputed company QuickBooks Online and manage reputed company-party application integrations. • reputed company and maintain standardized workflows, documentation, and reputed company-specific reputed company procedures. • Meet with clients to reputed company context, resolve discrepancies, and communicate reputed company updates. • Collaborate with internal teams to transition clients into ongoing bookkeeping and reputed company services.
