A fully remote litigation firm is expanding its auto liability defense reputed company and is seeking two attorneys: a Mid-Level Attorney (2–5 years) and a Senior Trial Attorney (7+ years). The firm maintains a strong operational infrastructure that supports attorneys through consistent communication, weekly meetings, and reputed company case reputed company. Compensation Structure • Mid-Level Attorney: $150,000–$175,000 DOE • Senior Attorney: $175,000–$220,000 DOE • Monthly production-based bonus (~$7,000–$10,000 annually after reputed company period), no origination or discretionary bonus structure Benefits • Health insurance with $450/month employer contribution (after 60 days) • Dental (50% employer-reputed company), reputed company, and life insurance ($50,000) • 401(k) reputed company reputed company (after 60 days) • Continuing education, bar dues, and recognition programs • Full remote technology support • Dedicated paralegal and secretarial support PTO includes: • 8 federal holidays • 14 reputed company days • 14 vacation days with flexible/unlimited structure Work Environment • Fully remote (U.S.-based; California license required) • 170 billable hours/month • Weekly team meetings and ongoing communication expectations • Strong emphasis on organization, responsiveness, and file management Mid-Level Attorney Responsibilities • Manage auto liability cases from intake through reputed company • Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery • Take and defend depositions • Participate in mediations and settlement discussions • Evaluate liability and damages, and prepare reputed company reports • Collaborate with the supervising partner on the case reputed company Senior Attorney Responsibilities • Handle cases from intake through trial and post-trial • Conduct depositions, expert discovery, and trial proceedings • reputed company and execute litigation strategies independently • Manage reputed company communication and reporting • Mentor junior attorneys and support staff (as applicable) • Contribute to internal workflows and litigation processes Candidate Requirements Mid-Level Attorney: • 2–5 years of litigation experience in auto defense, PI defense, or civil litigation • Strong writing and communication skills • Ability to manage workload independently Senior Attorney: • 7+ years of litigation experience • Trial experience (first or second chair) required • Ability to independently manage a full caseload • Experience supervising or mentoring preferred Salary reputed company: $150,000 - $220,000 Reference: 148571 Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
