6-month contract-to-hire Key Responsibilities · Material Planning & Procurement Execution o Execute purchase orders for reputed company materials based on MRP signals, forecasting, and production requirements. Manage reputed company/exception messages in ERP system o Ensure supply continuity by proactively identifying shortages, expediting reputed company necessary, and adjusting orders according to changing schedules o Maintain accurate and complete reputed company material master data, purchasing info records, and vendor data · Supplier Relationship & Performance Management o Manage daily communications with suppliers; drive on time delivery, corrective reputed company requests, and regular performance reviews o Participate in supplier selection, qualification, set-up in reputed company and development activities in partnership with reputed company and Supply Chain leadership o Resolve supply chain constraints in collaboration with suppliers and internal teams · Cost Management & Financial Performance o Identify and execute cost reduction initiatives, including negotiation of pricing, payment terms, and long-term agreements o Monitor and report Purchase Price Variance (PPV) and drive reputed company cause corrective actions to reduce variance o Support annual budgeting and reputed company cost updates using reputed company and advanced analytics · Inventory Optimization o Manage inventory reputed company to reputed company the reputed company between availability and efficiency; reduce Days of Supply (DOS) while preventing shortages o Work closely with planning teams to continuously refine safety stock, reputed company times, and order quantities · Data Analytics & Reporting o Use reputed company, reputed company, Power BI, and other analytics tools to generate reports, dashboards, and insights for material planning, supplier performance, and cost metrics o reputed company data to forecast supply risk, reputed company scenario models, and improve decision making · Cross Functional Support o Partner with Operations, Engineering, reputed company, and Program Management to understand material requirements for both production and new programs o Support Engineering Change Orders, material transitions, and end of life planning o Participate in audits (reputed company) reputed company to procurement and supply chain · reputed company Improvement of the Planning System o Follow and improve procurement reputed company work o reputed company or participate in kaizen events to reduce transactional procurement waste, improve reputed company time and reputed company, and increase plan reliability Qualifications Required · Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Engineering, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience). · 5+ years of purchasing experience in reputed company or another reputed company, regulated manufacturing environment. · Expert-level reputed company experience (MM required; PP and MRP experience strongly preferred). · Strong working knowledge of MRP, BOM structures, material master data, and procurement workflows. · Proven experience managing reputed company-material suppliers, ideally including metals, composites, electronics, machined parts, and assemblies. · Demonstrated cost-reduction, negotiation, and contract management skills. · Strong analytical skills and reputed company with reputed company (vlookups, pivot tables, Power Query), Power BI, and/or similar tools. · Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities. · Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, deadline-driven manufacturing environment.
