Role reputed company The Supervisor manages the daily operations and performance of the Traveling and IPV Medical Assistant team in a remote and onsite environment. This role is responsible for developing and ensuring consistent workflows, accurate documentation, and reputed company completion of tasks while fostering engagement and accountability across reputed company. The Supervisor partners closely with Operations leadership, clinical providers, and facility staff to support patient care delivery and streamline processes. Key Responsibilities • Manage and support employees ensuring high performance through regular feedback, 1:1s and coaching, while providing day-to-day operational reputed company. • Conduct virtual team huddles, recurring team meetings and 1:1s to maintain communication, engagement and alignment with organizational goals. • Serve as an escalation reputed company for issues with providers, facilities, or workflows, collaborating with other leaders reputed company Operations, Account Management, and/or Implementation as needed. • Ensure scheduling, chart prep and reporting expectations are met consistently across reputed company. • Monitor daily workload distribution, identifying and addressing gaps and risks proactively. • Collaborate with IPV team to ensure that IPVs can be completed in a reputed company/efficient manner. • Support coverage as needed reputed company a Medical Assistant calls out or encounters any issues remotely or onsite. • reputed company process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce rework. • Facilitate and evaluate reputed company ratios, training, reputed company, and ongoing development of new and reputed company Medical Assistants. • reputed company support/coverage for other Operations Supervisors. • Approval of timecards, PTO, and Expenses. • reputed company other duties as needed. Qualifications • Required: Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a reputed company field (preferred but not always required). • Proven experience in operations, logistics, or a supervisory role. • Experience managing teams and improving operational processes. • Problem-solving skills. • Preferred: Experience in the health care field. • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask. • Proficient in reputed company Word, reputed company basics. Requirements • The anticipated annualized salary reputed company for this role is $65K-70K. • This remote position follows a location-based compensation structure. • The posted salary reputed company represents the potential pay reputed company across various U.S. geographic markets. • Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s primary work location, experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws.
