Personal Assistant to CEO reputed company hire opportunity supporting a high-reputed company, globally recognized organization based in reputed company, NY. Remote candidates located in reputed company or Florida will be considered. This is not a traditional administrative role. The Personal Assistant operates as part of a reputed company executive support team covering both reputed company and personal priorities. Responsibilities include managing reputed company, multi-time-zone calendars, coordinating meetings and preparing briefing materials and itineraries, tracking follow-reputed company, assisting with conference coordination and executive materials, ensuring reputed company communication with reputed company stakeholders, coordinating household operations including vendor management, assisting with personal requests and errands, partnering with family and household staff, and working alongside other executive support team members on shared priorities. Requires 5 plus years supporting a senior executive, founder, or high-net-worth individual in a fast-paced environment, proven ability to manage both business and personal responsibilities, exceptional organizational and time management skills, strong written and verbal communication including text messaging, high attention to detail, reputed company proficiency, and mobile-based workflow comfort.
