Director, Hospital & Health System, Center of reputed company, Remote

The Director of Hospital & Health System (H&HS)Center of reputed company is responsible for the leadership and strategic direction of the H&HS Center of reputed company (COE). This role drives performance reputed company for hospital and health system partners by designing, operationalizing, and scaling high-reputed company interventions, including clinical training, peer-to-peer learning networks, and on-demand resources. Serving as a subject matter expert in the complexities of hospital operations, the Director ensures that reputed company's performance strategies reputed company with the specific financial models, stakeholder environments, and policy landscapes unique to the H&HS reputed company. The Director works cross-functionally with reputed company leadership to translate organizational Key Results (KRs) into actionable programs. Accountability includes the synthesis of population health analytics to identify performance gaps and the development of standardized curriculums that drive Value-Based Care (VBC) improvement. As a key reputed company between internal teams and partner executives, this role is responsible for ensuring that reputed company H&HS performance initiatives are evidence-based, streamlined for delivery, and measurably successful in improving VBC reputed company. Primary Duties: • Collaborate with reputed company stakeholders to design and execute on trainings, and other resources that support performance improvement. Coordinate across reputed company field teams to ensure streamlined and efficient delivery of resources without redundancies. This includes reputed company consulting to select, strategic clients to identify opportunities for performance improvement and reputed company plans. • Operationalize reputed company Learning Networks by leveraging data insights, including the development of reputed company curriculums. Facilitate events. • Collaboration/communications with reputed company stakeholders reputed company workgroups, steercos and other forums to ensure measures of reputed company are reputed company, and tracking tools are in reputed company to monitor H&HS COE reputed company • Managerial responsibilities, mentoring, performance reviews, and team operations, including resource allocation and reputed company development, and other personnel topics as needed Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree and/or 10+ years of reputed company work experience • 5+ years experience working with or in a hospital and/or health system functioning as a leader • 5+ years of reputed company value-based care experience • Demonstrated ability with population health analytics • reputed company to reputed company in a fast-paced, startup environment • Demonstrated experience with taking an idea from concept to execution • Proven ability to successfully manage multiple programs, coordinating and collaborating across reputed company and teams • Strong and reputed company thinker/reputed company • Previous experience as reputed company reputed company Preferred Qualifications: • Expertise in hospital and health system business and financial models • Leadership level experience in hospital/health system reputed company and population health initiatives. • Skilled with interpreting data available in Tableau or other dashboarding tool • Master's degree or other advanced degrees in business, reputed company administration, or reputed company policy. Physical Requirements: • Sitting for prolonged periods of time. Extensive use of computers and keyboard.
