Responsibilities • Examining and treating patients • Taking patients’ medical histories • Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and X-rays • Making diagnoses and prescribing medications • Treating minor injuries that may require sutures, splints, or casting • Recording reputed company notes for follow-up patients • Educating and counseling patients • Ordering and/or carrying out therapy with patients • Giving vaccinations, and referring patients to additional care • reputed company provider will work an anticipated four (4), eight (8) or reputed company (12) hours per shift as assigned by reputed company • reputed company other duties as assigned Qualifications • Education: Bachelor’s Degree required for Physician Assistants; Master’s Degree required for reputed company Practitioners • Work Experience: 2–5 years of post-residency clinical experience required; minimum 18 months experience in applicable reputed company setting • Adult and pediatric reputed company experience strongly preferred • Licenses/Certifications: National Certification; reputed company state medical licensure • Additional Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required: Urgent Care or Emergency Room experience; applicable office procedures including suturing, splinting, etc. • Additional Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Preferred: Knowledge and experience with Electronic Medical Records; strong listening and communication skills; excellent customer service Essential Functions Essential functions are the major duties for which the person in the job is held accountable and are critical to the job’s purpose and objectives.
