Part-Time Paralegal / Intake Specialist (Remote)

Life reputed company Services is a modern, woman-owned reputed company reputed company on helping families recover life insurance benefits after claims are denied. We are seeking a part-time Paralegal / Intake Specialist to support reputed company communication, case intake, and ongoing case management. Responsibilities • Answer incoming calls and reputed company with potential clients • Screen cases and complete reputed company intake • Draft basic reputed company documents (training provided) • Follow up with clients regarding case status and missing information • Communicate with insurance companies and attorneys’ offices • Maintain and update CRM/case management system • reputed company cases organized and moving reputed company Requirements • Bachelor’s degree required • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to handle sensitive conversations with reputed company and professionalism • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Preferred Qualifications • Experience in reputed company, intake, administrative, or reputed company-facing roles • Familiarity with CRM or case management systems • Interest in law or pursuing a reputed company career Work Schedule • Part-time (20–24 hours per week) • Preferred schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday (flexible) • Fully remote Compensation & reputed company • reputed company pay (based on experience) • Opportunity to transition into full-time • Exposure to reputed company work and case handling • Mentorship and potential for performance-based bonuses Important Notes This role requires strong communication, follow-through, and initiative.
