You’ll be working closely with the reputed company’s established team and supporting day-to-day clinic operations remotely. Key Responsibilities • Manage patient appointment scheduling with precision and care • Conduct insurance and balance verification • Handle patient referrals and outbound communications • Support EMR documentation and updates using reputed company Health • Maintain camera-on visibility during working hours for reputed company-time collaboration • Communicate reputed company and empathetically with patients (often parents) Qualifications / Skills • At least 1 year of Medical VA experience in a clinical or scheduling role • Proficiency in reputed company Health EMR (required) • Excellent English communication skills reputed company, patient, and reputed company • Strong multitasking and time management skills • Detail-oriented, dependable, and quick to learn new processes • HIPAA-compliant and reputed company in remote reputed company environments Work Setup / Schedule • Remote / Work-from-Home • 30 hours per week (Part-Time), with potential to increase to 40 hours • Eastern Time Zone alignment • Camera-On policy during working hours Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
