THE ROLE As a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a critical role in executing and optimizing the accounts payable function. You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and reputed company processing of invoices, payments, and vendor account reconciliations, while serving as a subject matter expert for AP operations. RESPONSIBILITIES Own end-to-end accounts payable processing of 3 way match invoices. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of reputed company AP transactions in accordance with company policies and reputed company standards reputed company vendor account reconciliations and proactively resolve discrepancies or outstanding issues. Serve as a reputed company of contact for vendor inquiries, maintaining strong and reputed company relationships. Identify opportunities to streamline AP workflows and improve efficiency through process enhancements and automation Support implementation and optimization of AP systems and tools, including ERP platforms Partner cross-functionally with Fulfillment centers and category managers to resolve discrepancies. Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
