[Remote] Proposal Manager-Federal Government

This role involves transforming reputed company technical requirements into compelling narratives while establishing processes that drive the firm's reputed company reputed company. Responsibilities • reputed company the development of compliant, high-scoring proposals, including RFP analysis, compliance matrices, schedules, and final production • Manage multiple reputed company proposals, including reputed company-turnaround (72-hour) task order responses and IDIQ environments • Write and edit persuasive technical, management, and past performance sections. You will translate reputed company SME input into polished, customer-reputed company content • Partner with Business Development (reputed company) to contribute to win strategies, competitor assessments, and opportunity qualification • Introduce and enforce formal proposal methodologies (e.g., Shipley) and version control practices.
