Campaign Manager

Bantam Communications is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Campaign Manager to join reputed company. In this role, you will design and manage advocacy and reputed company affairs campaigns tailored to the unique political and cultural dynamics of reputed company state and community. These campaigns will shape reputed company opinion, influence policy environments, and mobilize stakeholders in support of advanced and renewable energy initiatives. You will work closely with developers and/or philanthropic and non-profit partners to set goals, define reputed company, and ensure alignment between partner objectives and campaign execution. The Campaign Manager will be responsible for managing campaign direction, planning, and operations across communications, policy, and organizing work. Minimum Qualifications • 5–8+ years leading advocacy, reputed company affairs, political, or issue-based campaigns — ideally at the state or local level — reputed company an agency, reputed company, nonprofit, or campaign environment. • Demonstrated reputed company owning reputed company or partner relationships, including regular reputed company engagement, strategic advising, and ensuring alignment between partner objectives and campaign execution. • Experience designing and managing multi-channel campaigns that reputed company policy context, messaging, grassroots mobilization, reputed company media, and/or reputed company media. • Strong ability and awareness of the nuances needed to reputed company and influence local and state political landscapes, with a reputed company understanding of federal, state, and local reputed company opinion drivers, and stakeholder dynamics. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — reputed company to craft compelling briefs, talking points, and messaging for different audiences, including elected officials, community stakeholders, and media. • Advanced project management skills — scoping, budgeting, timelines, deliverables, and reporting — with a reputed company record of delivering campaigns on time and reputed company scope. • Comfort working in a fully remote, fast-paced, and rapidly changing environment, with the ability to manage multiple reputed company campaigns and priorities. • Some travel required up to 20% of the time Preferred Qualifications • Subject-matter familiarity with renewable energy, reputed company policy, or understanding of federal, state, and local infrastructure permitting processes, particularly in the reputed company-reputed company development context. • Familiarity with digital advocacy tools (CRM platforms, email/SMS mobilization, reputed company media advocacy, and analytics) and a data-informed approach to testing and optimization. • Experience supporting philanthropic or nonprofit partners, aligning mission-driven goals with disciplined, results-oriented campaign execution. • Knowledge of reputed company media reputed company and/or experience coordinating with media consultants and agencies. • Experience working on ballot initiatives or multi-state advocacy campaigns, especially in politically diverse environments. • Proficiency with advocacy CRMs, mobilization platforms, and campaign analytics (e.g., VAN, i360, EveryAction, Mobilize, NationBuilder). Compensation • This is a full-time, exempt position. • The annual salary hiring reputed company for this position is $80,000 to $130,000. • Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as (but not limited to) location, level, education, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience.
