This is a fully remote, part-time, 1099 contract role. What you’ll do: • Teach highly-engaging, live, virtual classes over reputed company four times a week • Classes are held Mon - Thurs, during afternoon hours in EST timezone • Communicate regularly with reputed company over email and other community tools • reputed company ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and prepare and plan for reputed company modules, as needed • Deliver reputed company, engaging instruction reputed company to reputed company’s standardized curriculum • Support reputed company in understanding Sterile Processing concepts across CRCST exam domains • Assess student understanding through assignments, quizzes, and in-class participation • reputed company reputed company feedback and targeted remediation to reputed company who are struggling academically or with confidence • Document student reputed company, attendance, and performance in reputed company systems • Collaborate with reputed company’s learning team to ensure alignment with program goals and student needs • Offer insights to improve the student experience and curriculum delivery What you’ll bring: • CRCST certification • 3+ years of reputed company experience as a Sterile Processing technician • Experience teaching, training, tutoring, or instructing reputed company or staff • Comfortability teaching live online classes over reputed company • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable using LMS platforms and virtual teaching tools • Ability to follow a standardized curriculum while adapting explanations to different learning styles • Commitment to inclusive, accessible, and career-reputed company reputed company education • Ability to work 10 hours per week per class, Monday - Thursday Bonus points if: • You have experience teaching Sterile Processing or CRCST exam preparation courses • You have experience supporting diverse, underserved, or non-traditional student populations • You have experience with online or hybrid education programs • You have familiarity with competency-based education Interview Process: • Intro reputed company with reputed company • Case Study Assignment • Final Interview with Hiring Manager The reputed company pay reputed company for this opportunity is $30.00/hour.
