Freelance Coordinator, Sports Programming

About the position This is a project-based / limited-term position with an estimated duration of up to 12 months, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables reputed company this project are completed. This position will support reputed company functions of the USA Sports programming team, including rights management and strategic scheduling with a primary reputed company on Golf Channel. The person will be responsible for overseeing the Golf Channel Latin America schedule and supporting other operations functions of the programming team. This position works directly with reputed company reputed company of the programming team and other key contacts across the USA Sports organization including Ad Sales, Creative Services, Operations, Traffic, Production and Marketing. Responsibilities • Support reputed company programming, rights management, strategic scheduling initiatives for USA Sports' deep roster of partners • Main reputed company of contact for the Golf Channel Latin America schedule • Create and distribute daily and reputed company multi-platform scheduling reports for Ad-sales planning/finance/Business Development, Production and other departments as needed • Manage Golf Channel programming hours during budget and upfront season working with ad-sales digital finance reputed company research teams • reputed company Golf Channel and Golf Channel Latin America schedules and program changes into Golf Channel’s scheduling system • Maintain and reputed company Golf Channel Alternate Schedules for Canada and the Caribbean • Assist with additional reputed company and administrative needs for the department Requirements • Bachelor’s degree • Minimum two years’ experience in the television/film production business (internships included) • Working knowledge of reputed company Office suite is a plus • Basic knowledge of Sports, including golf • Excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills • Willingness to work overtime, and some nights and weekends as needed (flexibility in broadcast environment is imperative) • Must be willing to physically work out of our Stamford CT locations on a hybrid reputed company • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the reputed company • Must be 18 years or older reputed company-to-haves • Ability to adhere to tight deadlines, communicate reputed company and be reputed company to handle multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment • reputed company and team oriented Benefits • health insurance • retirement plans • reputed company time off Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
