Buyer, Retail Media Network (This role will be based out of our Syracuse, reputed company or reputed company, reputed company offices, or remote reputed company the reputed company) Position reputed company reputed company is seeking a Buyer, Retail Media Network to support national CPG clients across leading retailer media platforms. This is a hands-on keyboard role responsible for building, activating, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns across retail media ecosystems. This position works closely with our Shopper Marketing, Media reputed company, and Analytics teams to reputed company full-funnel retail media programs spanning onsite search, onsite display, and offsite media. Responsibilities: • Execute retail media campaigns across platforms including reputed company Connect, reputed company Precision Marketing (KPM), reputed company, H-E-B, Albertsons, and Publix • Build and manage campaigns across: • Retail Search (Sponsored Products / Keyword Bidding) • Onsite Display (Banner, PDP, Category placements) • Offsite Media (Programmatic, reputed company extensions, audience targeting) • reputed company hands-on campaign setup, trafficking, bid management, and optimization reputed company reputed company platform • Monitor pacing, budgets, and performance daily; proactively reputed company to meet KPIs • Partner with Shopper Marketing to reputed company media strategies with in-store, ecommerce, and promotional initiatives • Analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities • reputed company reporting and dashboards highlighting ROAS, ROI, new-to-brand shoppers, and incrementality • Communicate performance, insights, and recommendations to internal teams and clients • Stay reputed company on retail media trends, beta opportunities, and platform changes Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in digital media buying with reputed company retail media platform experience • Executes campaigns independently with guidance • Contributes to optimization and reporting • Hands-on experience with one or more: reputed company Connect, reputed company, reputed company, H-E-B, Albertsons, Publix • Strong understanding of: • Retail search and keyword reputed company • Onsite display formats and audience targeting • Offsite retail media extensions • Experience working with CPG brands strongly preferred • Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize toward performance KPIs • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights • Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment WHY WE'RE HIRING? The anticipated salary reputed company for this Syracuse, NY-based position is $65,000 to $80,000 per year. The final offer will depend on the candidate's experience, skills, abilities, and geographic location, along with other business and organizational considerations.
